The package you put together is outstanding. Fantastic ethos and research which underpins key strategies. Based around restorative and therapeutic approaches. Legal information was very helpful. Perfect timing for our school delivered with an excellent balance of information, practical application and humour.
I found the session on the reduction of the use of force interesting and informative, providing a clear rationale and giving confidence should positive handling need to be used. The practical session was well delivered with a high number of trainers available for support. The added invitation to be able to contact the trainers over the next two years should any concerns/issue arise is fantastic.
